Abstract:
The group works on how activity dynamics in neuronal ensembles, distributed across the hippocampus and connected areas drive memory-guided behavior, using a combination of electrophysiological and behavioral recordings with cell-type-selective, network-pattern-informed (closed-loop) optogenetic manipulations of brain dynamics.
